1 Registration & Refund
- Refund is allowed within 24 hours of registration only.
- No refund after 24 hours under any circumstances.
- If discontinued in the middle of the month or duration, no refund will be provided.
2 Time Slot Policy
- Students must strictly follow the allotted time slot as agreed and paid.
- Slot change is subject to availability and management approval.
3 Rules & Usage
- Study hall must be used only for study/work purposes.
- Maintain silence and discipline at all times.
4 Entry Policy
- Only registered members are allowed.
- Friends / outsiders are strictly not allowed.
5 Code of Conduct
- All users must follow company policies and rules.
- Misconduct may lead to termination without refund.
6 Facilities
- Wi-Fi, Computer & Printer should be used responsibly.
- Any damage will be chargeable.
7 Management Rights
- Management reserves the right to change rules, pricing, or policies at any time.
